His educational and practical experience with mechanical and aerospace engineering technologies provides him specific insight into his clients’ needs. 

James’ legal background includes researching and drafting motions to dismiss, response letters, answers, and other memoranda, as well as preparing invalidity and noninfringement analysis. 

James has considerable hands-on experience that informs his legal work. As a laboratory technician for an engineering research and development company, he modeled, fabricated, and inspected proprietary space flight-certified hardware. His projects are currently orbiting the earth and on the surface of the moon. Additionally, as an undergraduate researcher at Utah State University’s Nanoscale Thermal Energy Lab, he designed and developed a custom thermal management system for a unique low-convection environment. 

When he’s not working, James can be found fly fishing, cheering for his favorite college teams, or playing disc golf with his wife.
